Function and features:

• The product (CNB-200E) integrates the both function of magnetic card reader and access security control. Through the magnetic card reader CNB-200E or a particular computer with special application software installed, various kinds of magnetic cards (such as bank cards, postal cards, VIP cards, membership cards, etc.) could be authorized easily and consequently be able to identified and accepted by this card reader. Hence, only some specific cardholders are granted to access into specified area, such as VIP guest rooms in bank etc.

• Further more, when CNB-200E is connected to a PC computer via it’s 485 communication port through the RS232/485 converter, the real-time data could be sent into access control system and hence facilitate the network function. Consequently it become available to remote access control, remote alarm when the reader be vandalized and tampered and archive the history record of access.

• It’s available to set a blacklist for CNB-200E to ban some particular people to access any more or make it in full open mode for the convenience of all people to access.

• There are two type of output: one is RS485 signal to the computer of access control system to facilitate the network function; another is relay contact to control electric lock of automatic doors directly.

• CNB-200E magnetic card reader comes with application software (CD 1). It’s end user’s discretion to apply it independently (offline) or network (online).
